**Current High Technologies** ("we", "us", or "our") built the **Radiound** app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Current High Technologies at no cost and is intended for use as is.

For a better experience while using our Service, we do not require you to provide us with any personally identifiable information. Radiound does not require an account creation or login to function.

 

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, such as the app stores where you downloaded the app (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), which operate under their own privacy policies.

 

## 2. Device Permissions

 

To provide its core functionality, Radiound may request the following device permissions:

* **Internet Access:** Necessary to stream live radio stations. We ask for your explicit consent to use network data.

* **Notifications:** Required to display media playback controls on your lock screen and notification center so you can control the radio stream while the app is in the background.

* **Battery Optimization (Android only):** The app may request to ignore battery optimization to ensure the audio stream is not interrupted while playing in the background.

 

These permissions are handled locally on your device and are strictly used to make the app function properly. We do not transmit or save any data obtained through these permissions.

 

## 3. Log Data

 

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we do not automatically collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. The app does not include any third-party tracking or analytics SDKs.

 

## 4. Third-Party Radio Streams

 

Our app acts as a directory and player for third-party internet radio stations. When you listen to a radio station, your device connects directly to that station's streaming server.

Please note that these third-party servers will receive your IP address in order to transmit the audio stream to you. They may have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. We do not control and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party radio stations or services.

 

## 5. Security

 

We value your trust in using our App, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

 

## 6. Children's Privacy

 

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since we do not collect personal information, there is no risk of collecting children's data.
